Sergio Hudson S/S 26: A Cultural Homecoming in Full Color

Sergio Hudson’s Spring/Summer 2026 collection was a radiant tribute to heritage, craftsmanship, and unapologetic glamour. Presented at New York Fashion Week, the theme—“a cultural and artistic homecoming”—wove together African-inspired artistry with the brand’s signature bold tailoring and vibrant hues. Digitized mud cloth prints met jewel-toned silks, embroidered velvets, and Marr, creating a runway that felt both ancestral and futuristic. Hudson’s designs honored African traditions while inviting everyone to embrace the beauty of cultural expression. From cheeky zebra prints to corseted skirts and oversized peasant blouses, each look was a statement of joy, power, and precision. The collection also introduced a capsule collaboration with Esor Marie, adding fresh perspective to Hudson’s timeless silhouettes. As Hudson shared backstage, his goal was simple yet profound: “To bring light and joy to a heavy time.”
