Red carpets in 2020 are a little weird—some of them have been in person, some of them have been socially distant. The Emmy Awards, hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, are happening tonight, Sunday, September 20, at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, but unfortunately for all of us, there won’t be a red carpet.

While Zoom etiquette dictates that you can essentially wear anything from the waist-down, these are still celebrities, and this is still an awards show. So here is what 2020’s Emmy guests and nominees are wearing for the virtual “red carpet.”
