Ashton Kutcher signs over LA home to ex-wife Demi Moore’s daughter Rumer Willis
Ashton Kutcher shed one of the last few connections he had to his former relationship with Demi Moore because he is officially out of the home he co-owned with her daughter, Rumer Willis.
Back in 2009, the ex “That 70’s Show” star went in with his then-stepdaughter Rumer on a 2-bed, 4-bath 1,800 sq ft ranch style home in the Hollywood Hills. The house was purchased for $971,500 and a co-ownership agreement was filed that listed both Bruce Willis’ daughter and Kutcher as the owners.
According to documents filed on August 3 by Rumer, the co-ownership has been terminated and “All debt owing under the note, deed of trust and any related loan documents has been deemed paid and satisfied in full.”
Ashton filed a grant deed (as a married man) and granted Rumer 50% of the property, presumably the 50% stake he still had all these years. Because the actor is now married to Mila Kunis, the house was technically her community property also, so she filed a quitclaim deed (as a married woman) and signed over all her rights to Rumer.
It’s unclear if Ashton and Mila made Rumer fork over any cash to get 100% of the home, but according to property records the house was recently “sold” for $572,500 at the same time the new grant deed and quitclaim documents were filed. Seeing as that property is a far cry from $500,000 it appears the money could have been Rumer buying the Kutcher’s out.

Is anyone else having this issue or is it a problem
